"Stopped by this morning as I usually do before work and the coffee tasted off when I got to work. Felt like it had a film and tasted weird. Creamer was clumpy once I took the lid off and checked it. Waste of money."
"Only half the order was right, I think they don't even bother with dark roast or it's just really burnt. the service was quick tho!"
"I go to this Tim’s every day before class and god almighty damn let me tell u how bad these ppl are at their job. My food or drink is always made poorly and I’ve literally received ice capps that weren’t even blended. It’s crazy cause you would think it wouldn’t happen every day but I swear the entire staff of this tims hates their job. Please just restart the entire place from scratch cause I’m tired of seeing an entire unmelted slide of America cheese on my bagel every morning."
"The service was very slow, my wife ordered a toasted bagel that was barely warm and not toasted. The floor behind the counter looked as if it hasn’t been swept or cleaned in weeks. There was food and garbage all over the floor and employees just walked over it around it. The area behind the register was disgustingly filthy and greasy, another area that looks like it’s never been cleaned at all."
"It isn’t right that they limit 5 people in the store when they know kids come here after school. maybe 10 or 15.. but 5 people..? theres no way kids can get what they need before they might have practice.. and letting in older customers in first when kids have been waiting for so long.."
