"Ordered two things of Cajun fries from brick oven asked for them to be crispy.! When we go to pick them up they are soggy soft we ask for new ones and they one give us new ones. We ask for money back they said they can’t do that either. I don’t understand why when we ask for crispy fries we can’t get crispy fries. They kind of look done in the picture but they are wet and soft."
