"This place should be shut down. It’s the closest one to my house, so I’ve had the misfortune of going here several times but I won’t make that mistake again. Customer service is always awful, order has been wrong every single time. I ordered a chipotle steak wrap and large green tea with just 2 cars ahead of me and waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes total. 5 minutes sitting at the speaker waiting to have my order taken, and the following 20 waiting on my order. The employee cashing me out at the window then dropped my change on the ground. My wrap was made wrong. I ordered with no tomato and watched them type that on the screen, then they still put tomato on it. Truly every employee in this place must be brain dead. Absolutely ridiculous. I worked at a Tim Hortons for nearly 3 years and let me tell you- IT IS EASY. Don’t let people tell you it’s a difficult job, it’s not."

"Don’t eat from here. I was an employee here. The back is infested with roaches. There’s roach bait all around the food preparation area were selling Old creamer from Halloween in the middle of November and the manager was very much aware and didn’t want to close the restaurant until we got new creamer from another location don’t work for this company. The manager talks to you like a child. She always screams and shout at you over the littlest things and I have reason to believe that she is a racist because she treats her own kind as if they are family. One of my coworkers was at the station where you make the sandwiches, dropped one of the bagel and pick it right back up and served it after I told him to change it he proceeded to cover my eyes and said you no see you no see I spoke to management about this nothing was done. I’ve recently quit, because I couldn’t put up with the uncleanliness and staff"

"Grossest coffee ever. I ordered a hot peppermint latte ' . I got back to work. Only 5 minutes up the road it was not hot it was like warm gross and tasted awful no hint of peppermint at all, however my husbands coffee was still very hot. The latte turned my stomach sour."

"The customer service here is actually disgusting. A girl with long braids and glasses at the register was extremely rude. The manager is the same as the employees and don’t even let me get started on the food that they serve. This Tim Hortins used to be good a few years ago till their staff started to change. Fire your employees and hire better ones. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"I went with a friend. His order was taken then I was left standing there. Another person came and took it eventually. While waiting, I noticed the floor was filthy, food, wrappers, etc everywhere. Swept to walk, just pushed to the edges. We were there approximately 15 minutes, and in that time, 2 separate customers came in with order complaints. While I was then concerned about my food, it was, at first, better than previous experiences. Until the end when I started to eat my doughnut and found mold on the bottom. Aren't they supposed to be made daily? Unable to return it as I was working. So frustrating ..."
