"Very disappointed in pharmacy every month I have trouble getting my 79 yr old moms meds they send text and email that meds are ready when I go pick them up they don't have it so over this pharmacy its been done a lot lately I've changed to medical pharmacy alot nicer people and never done me wrong with any of my meds"

"Got a prescription faxed over for my dog. After 3 phone calls of them "not getting the prescription request," I finally convinced the pharmacy to contact the animal hospital and get it verbally. Had to call back myself to get them to let me know they finally got it called in. Not a huge deal, but not off to a great start. They call to tell me the entire prescription is ready. Came to pick up the prescription - after waiting in line for 20 minutes, they inform me that they only have 16 out of the 240 pills and that the rest would be in the next day. Well, the next day comes. I call them, they tell me the shipment won't come in until the following day. Ok, fine. They finally call me to tell me the prescription is ready. I show up, wait in line for 20 minutes again, and once I get to the counter, I am cut off rudely, "name and date of birth?" I provide this info and am told it would be twice the cost anticipated as they tried to fill double the amount of pills that were called in (I was also argued with about this). They need 15 minutes to half the pill quantity and fill it. 30 minutes later, I finally have my prescription. Needless to say, I will not be back to this pharmacy."

"Store ok but they shouldn't advertise vaccinations if all they are going to do is ignore the fact that you're even standing at the counter. My wife went to get a flu and shingles shot. What a waste of time."

"Thank you for everything! I appreciate the Rx transfer & drop off @ Curbside pickup (#1!) bc my car a/c went out and I couldn't bring my mom into the store or leave her outside so I could run in to pick up her prescription."

"Multiple times my prescriptions aren't ever ready by the time they tell me they will be. Numerous times lied to about my insurance. They always try to charge me because Tricare is too hard for them to run. They always claim they run it but never ask for my SSN to run the plan so therefore they cannot check for coverage. This place is pathetic and no one in the pharmacy is competent. Strongly recommend to go elsewhere!"
