"To be honest, this is one of the more efficient Tim Hortons in the area. They get through the morning line pretty quick... Usually correct on order as well. Once in a while it's wrong. C'est la vie. Also, generally speaking to Tim Hortons, why do you have order ahead if it doesn't actually go through until somebody gets to the speaker? What's the point of that? I'd rather my coffee be ready to go. Lastly, to the farm animals who use this location, stop throwing your old cups on the ground like pigs. Have some pride in your neighborhood. There are trash cans everywhere. Use them and stop being so lazy."

"Horrible service. Was so rude at the drive-thru, and just look at my croissant! How are you able to serve it?"

"I want to know what this blue ring around my iced coffee is.obviosuly not going to drink it. Do you even look at what your serving out the window"

"The lady gave me a small instead of a large and then proceeded to just pour it into a large cup and add extra cream. I paid for a large not a small with extra cream. She also doesn’t know what she’s doing. I’ve never had a problem here before until this lady started. She uses her own opinion to make the drink instead of following the drink chart. She thinks espresso is too strong so uses iced coffee in its place. Please ask the CUSTOMER if it’s too strong, don’t use your own taste buds for everyone."

"For service if I could give zero rating I would. Stuff from this location is super rude. The 3 black ladies working their had no customer service. We came from Pittsburgh to stop in Tim Hortons get a coffee and use the restroom. These ladies very rudely said you have to buy first while I needed emergency restroom after a long drive. Of course we wanted to get a coffee while my cousin already was standing on the line up. Ordered coffee no restroom allowed while they lost our order in between. These people has to be fired or replaced...more like sent to Canada and see how we treat the customer. Will never come back to this location in USA. We thought it's our Canadian brand and what could go wrong but it did. It's against law to stop someone who needs to use the restroom. Where is your humanity Tim Hortons in USA? Even paid customers has to go through this nonsense. Fix your location and your stuff."
