"Complete garbage. DO NOT use this printer. I went there to print two documents, thinking it would save time compared to UPS. The first document printed okay, albeit very slowly (like, waiting two full minutes for the printer to warm up). The second didn't print and when I called the customer service hotline it went to voicemail. This is right in the middle of the day on a Thursday. No callback, no refund, wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to print two pages. This company ought to be out of business."
