Curtis Jones: Allstate Insurance

"Allstate did not provide me with great customer service. When trying to cancel my auto and renter’s insurance (separately), I speak with an agent, they tell me that my request is complete, but never send me any documentation/email stating that it’s done. When I called back, I was informed that not only were my policies not canceled, but that there were no notes left on my account. Had I not followed up, I’d be paying two policies for auto and renter’s (auto and renter’s). Specifically to the Charlotte office, I’ve never interacted with anyone from there (or received an introduction when I was switched over from the office in VA) so I’m not sure why I was asked for feedback."

Allison was also knowledgeable and solved a problem for me in 5 minutes. You know when it just seems everything is going wrong and it is one thing after another? Well, these two ladies at this agency made me feel like things are going to turn around for us and at the same time made sure we had the right coverage for us and got our cards to us in a timely manner.
