"Mack's Body Shop was able to find a rear glass for my '08 Cadillac which was discontinued by GM. I was originally turned away by Safelite because they were 'unable' to find a replacement glass. My insurance was covering the full cost of parts and labor. Mack's employees were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was completed the same day.
