"So, no stars really but this app forces you to give at least one. Since Ed has stepped away from every day business they have gone totally down hill. Was taking my vehicle there for 9 years and the last time was the last time. Not only was Ed's son rude- they asked me to leave after destroying my air conditioner. Sad because when Ed ran it things were done right and you felt valued as a customer. ** Update - another mechanic found a small crack in radiator that was caused by Pierce's failing to put coolant in after having the vehicle in for A/C repair for the 3rd time(documented by them on my receipt) There was also a small seal that needing replacing in the A/C system. Temp gauge and A/C now both work as intended but at no thanks to Pierce's."
