"I have been here three times, and now I’ve learned my lesson that it just isn’t worth it. The coffee is just bad, like the espresso is burnt. I never send coffee back, but my first visit I did because it was a cold brew that was 90% foam. Today I waited 40 minutes for a mobile order, which just made me feel foolish. That was it - done with this place and there are plenty of other shops with better coffee. They said their machine was broken, but in my experience everything is consistently bad."

"We waited about half an hour for our order. I was given the wrong order. I ordered a decaf coffee and instead of decaf they gave me a caffeinated beverage. I am very sensitive to caffeine and in my situation the amount of caffeine I drink is important. This was highly disorganized and unsafe."

"Does not prioritize mobile orders. Highly disorganized waits for mobile order to arrive, stand in line and describe the order to start the order. Several employees on duty yet no structure to handle orders efficiently. Employees run around in chaos with no command or control of the flow of orders. Orders run late, lacks understanding of how to maximize steps to complete tasks at hand"

"Ordered ahead on mobile app for in-store pickup, when I arrived cafe was closed and had to sit in drive thru line for 45 mins for a latte and a wrap. If you don't have enough staff just close the shop. This store is consistently slow and backed up. Will not be returning."

"Spent $6.45 on a cup of ice. It took about 6 sips to finish. I thought about turning around and taking it back but didn’t. Should’ve went with my first thought and made my own at home, which I’ve been doing and I must say the service and quality from home is better. On a positive note, the sausage, egg and cheese was hot and actually good."
