Walmart Pharmacy

"I am extremely disappointed that this branch does not care about disabled individuals that shop in their store. As a service dog trainer I was disgusted tonight when a pet who was pulling, sniffing, and attempting to get to my clients service dog was not only allowed in but after I addressed staff and they said they would handle it that they allowed it to continue to be there. It is a health code violation among other things. I plan to call and speak to the manager tomorrow and corporate as Walmart is not only service animals only but under federal law they have the legal right and truly the duty to protect those that shop in their store."

"Very bad customer service. I have been getting my rx inhaler for over a year using good rx and price matching. I dont have ins now they are telling me they will not honor it and can't seem to find the pharmacy managers number. Pharmacist will not even walk over to speak to me talks to me across the room. The price is about $25 difference why would they suddenly stop matching price on an emergency medication. Very dangerous"

"When you go through drive through you'd think you'd get quicker service, WRONG! You may sit for up to an hour waiting for the person in front of you to get service when if it's taking that long they should be asked to step inside! And when a pharmacist can't even read your prescription refills, makes ya really wonder about the service. They are never nice, not very helpful and most of the time very rude!"

"Pharmacists are very unprofessional and appear to selectively make you wait based on their opinion of Who You Are. Strange that I have had to wait there for 6 hours because I did not agree with the pharmacy manager in their procedure for not having a personal relationship with my doctor in which that meant they had to call them. What's my position called them that still was not good enough they had to verify my position was not lying about being a physician and never did hear back from the DEA in an appropriate manner that they felt was sufficient to prove my position had graduated medical school. I have never been treated so poorly by any pharmacy in my life and I have been taking my prescription to other Walmart Pharmacies and other Pharmacy such as Rite Aid and CVS and never had an issue until I went to Waxhaw and apparently don't make enough money to fit into the community or did not give us enough to the lead pharmacist who felt like I did not belong there. I did complain to management but it wasn't long before they too could not help me because the pharmacist were doing all that they could do for hours after my initial arrival. My only advice is Walmart might want to keep their people in check on their opinions of who they think is worthy of having their prescriptions filled at their facilities until you develop a I'm wealthy enough to shop here relationship. I never would have thought I could be so disrespected at a pharmacy expecially a Walmart Pharmacy in till now. I am awaiting my return call from the regional manager mr. Randy Simms who is on LinkedIn glorifying himself of being the manager of Walmart and a member of the elite executive Society for 16 plus years and hopefully I can add to this comment section about how well he handled this issue. From what I gathered I'm not the first to make this complaint regarding this half-ass Pharmacy manager."
