"The worst starbucks staff with a foul attitude. I did not know Starbucks now hires nasty, sour staff to handle the orders. The others were indifferent. I strongly suggest Starbucks does business in viable cities with pleasant, polite staff. This is simply a wromg operation with crude cashiers."

"On the semi with my fiance' and thought I was gonna get a treat. Get there and it's only 5:30 and they was closed. I asked the people behind the gate and they said they closed at 6.... Why didn't they serve me and why was everything closed up already then? I asked the ladies at the travel place thing next to it and they said they close at 4 to be out by 6. Not happy at all. First time being in New York and I'm already disappointed. I was willing to pay $15 for the coffee cause everything is so expensive up here, but I guess I will settle for a $5 coffee monster from next door."

"To confirm an earlier review, as of 5:58 am on 7/21/2019 this Starbucks was still not open and the gate was closed. Therefore, it did not open at 5:30 am. I would hope that someone from Starbucks can fix this mistake and list the correct opening time."

"Considering it was in a rest stop I wasn't expecting a true Starbucks experience but I was pleasantly suprised! Drinks were good and made well, snack were delicious. Cookie butter bar was dangerous...."
