Reviews
"I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Jaila dickerson. The lack of customer care, unwillingness to address issues, and failure to provide essential legal documentation have made my experience highly frustrating. Despite attempts to seek written confirmation of verbal agreements, the company has been resistant. I advise others to reconsider before choosing for their insurance needs."
"Horrible service. Billed for 3 months at one time due to a “system error”. Was guaranteed a call back and never received one after calling this office multiple times."
"Jaila and her team and responsive and helpful. I've not had any use for the coverage, and hopefully never will, but over the last 6 months, she has responsive and patient"
"Called Jaila Dickerson about an auto inquiry but never received a return call from her. Even though I left a message for her to respond. Substandard to say the least! Would not recommend this business."
"STAY FAR AWAY. Absolute worst shady agent ive ever had. Secretly canceled my Auto policy after kicking out my card for auto draft and not contacting me by email or phone (they said it was not required so they dont do it.) They sent an uncertified letter in the mail and canceled it without any other notice. Thing is, my mail person is awful, and i never got it. So guess what?!? Ive been without insurance for 2 weeks before my auto lender contacted me (so they could contact the state and lender but not me) and now its almost impossible to get insurance coverage with them because of this. Legal action looks cheaper than paying for their new policy thats about %50 more. This is straight up theft and the license needs to be pulled."
