"I ordered a vanilla creme, 2 strawberry frosted with spinkles, 2 vanilla frosted with spinkles, and 1 surprise me and then I get this milk watered down half empty drink ? And then they don't pick up when I called well over a dozen times seriously? Spent 24 dollars for the whole delivery and I get jipped"

"It's too small on the 4 corners. Trying to get out of the parking lot is like playing tetris. I was picking up an order at the drive thru for my daughter in law.. the line was way into the parking lot. So my daughter went in. It was packed like sardines, the workers were so busy and grumpy. 4 drinks and they forgot the straws. I'll never go to this one again!"

"This place is the worst I have been to, workers are very rude. I asked for a matcha latte then they gave me MILKY literally tastes like a milk latte, not matcha so I told them please put in more matcha to make it more flavor. They gave me another tiny cup with matcha powder. I told them no, please make it themselves as I do not know how to make it properly. So they just tossed the powder straight into the cup and give it to me. So I drank, POWDER went straight in my mouth because they did not mix it well enough to dissolve the powder. Then I told them “I am the customer so please make my order RIGHT for once” because it has been two times now then they made a new one but back to square one with a milky drink. So I give up and asked for a refund! But the workers were very rude, showing their ugly attitude. I do not appreciate those workers. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all."

"The girl who gave us our drinks was very cold. She didn’t seem like she enjoys her job at all and when asked to fix the order she gave a little attitude. One of the drinks we ordered The frozen chocolate taste like just straight milk no color and no flavor."
