"Drove 150 miles just to take a look at a car but after speaking with Claud it was an easy decision. He also did his best to help us acquire the rebates that were available at this time. I also had a few moments to visit with the owner Jerry and I enjoyed that few moments as well."

"If you’re looking for a dealership that cares, will provide you with excellent service, and make sure you’re happy in your new car-this is not the one. The car that I purchased from Parkway is wonderful. The service has been awful. It is very clear that this dealership does not care about the customer at all. I was not informed about the features of my car, nor shown how to use them. I connected my own phone to my new car (other dealers gladly do this for you- without having to be asked). Questions I asked about the car could often not be answered. They did not bother to explain to me the process associated with grounding a lease and paying off another; specifically timelines and what to expect. Additionally, Parkway has failed to complete their obligations associated with their end of the deal. It took them over a week and multiple phone calls to get them to ground my former lease. They also continued to insist that they had paid off the former lease..yet, every time I spoke with the leasing company the payment had not been received. When asked about their failure to complete the terms of the deal they were nonchalant, shrugged their shoulders, and again presented with their “I don’t care” attitude. They produced a paper saying they had sent a “wire transfer” for payment..when I called the leasing company they informed me they do not accept wire transfers..only checks. I’ll be glad to do service elsewhere in the future."

"DO NOT PURCHASE THE ALPHA WARRANTY! This dealership has given me the run around since I left with my truck a year ago. They kept my truck for a few days after I purchased it claiming they were working on it replacing the entire brake system when all the did was replace brake pads. Couple days later lights came on the dash for the ABS and service 4WD and they took it multiple time claiming they were fixing it and never did. They waited out the 30 day warranty and I ended up having to ship out for the military. When I got my truck back a couple months later it began having so many issues and needs over $4000 worth of work done. I purchased the alpha warranty for $2500 when I got the truck and it turns out they cover only so little. Out of $4000 they would only be able to help with about $300 of it. DO NOT purchase the alpha warranty. It’s a total rip off! I am in the process of trying to get mine refunded. (I also later found out how over priced my truck actually was, just go somewhere else and if you have to deal with them, do not fall for their tricks, make sure any conversation they have about the deal is in front of you too, they did a lot of private behind closed doors convos when I was getting my truck and it seemed very shady.)"

"They can't honor a deal that was made, even though we already had papers signed just because they let the employee go. They said they were going to try and work out a new deal and they couldn't even call me back. They were very rude about the whole thing when it was not my fault (of course all dealerships care about is money) but you guys are ridiculous. Thank you Parkway for wasting my time, I will be doing business elsewhere."
