"I got the best service ever from Bicknell’s Appliance in Potsdam, NY. Called for a refrigerator. Brian said he would try to deliver within the week. When I told him my refrigerator died, he said let me make some calls and get back to you. He called me back and delivered that same day. My entrance was too small. He and Dan had to remove doors and figure out how to get the old one out and the new one in. Over two hours later I had my new refrigerator. They were so patient. I felt terrible but they never showed any frustration. I have never seen such good service. And, by the way, the price not much different from big box stores that would have given up. Next purchase will be stove. And will not shop around. Bicknell’s has my business."
