Towpath Pizza

"Food terrible. Service very rood. I call to tell them and a little puke hung up on me. So I went there. They came up with excuses. The flour is why the bottom was burnt and pizza was under cook. The wings were over cooked on outside and raw inside. The mozzarella sticks were dark and tasted like grease. I am a Ex. Chef and I would never serve anything like that. Or speak to a customer with excuses like they did. They told me come back when manager or owner was there. Real good customer service bunch idiots."

"Worst yet I will never order. Apparently there is new owners well they still suck food was cold fries was soggy we ordered a cheese steak sub and fires and mozzarella sticks not happy camper after paying over 40$ never again will I order"

"I’m so glad we have this pizza shop in Jordan! If I could give 10/10 stars I would. I have never had a bad experience here, the staff is super friendly and food always shows up sooner than anticipated. Some of the absolute best pizza and subs I have ever had! I don’t understand the 1 star reviews, are you dealing with the same place that I am or do you just like to complain??"

"Just mere steps from the Erie Canal/Empire State Trail you will find Towpath Pizza. Stopped for a quick lunch while walking the trail. Pizza was every bit as good as it looked. Thin and crispy crust with generous and flavorful toppings.Tasty, tomatoey sauce with just the right sweetness and basil. Pizza sticks are a treat, with the house sauce on the side. Thin crisp crust with a large amount of pepperoni and mozzarella cheese inside. The Manager, and staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Big city Pizza in a small town!"

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. They make delicious food. Even though it wasn't opening time yet, the owner let me in out of the rain to wait while she made the first pizzas of the day. Oh my that first slice tasted so good, fresh out of the oven. Then there were the garlic knots. Bring a friend if you will order these. I could only eat 7 of the 10. But they were delicious! I am coming here v. v. hungry next time so I can go 10 for 10."
