"Another example of a NICE PLACE going and sinking downhill!!! OWNERS WAKE UP!!! Terrible Rude Employees! With exception of 1-2! If a person can’t handle drive thru TAKE THEM OFF of it!!! Hire people who want to work- not people looking to collect a check each week and wanting to doing nothing!! I waited 4 minutes at drive thru while girl talked through window to someone in car! Not way to do things!!!! Where is the manager?"

"I ordered a mobile order for walk in pick up. They refused to unlock the doors even though there was a line of 15+ cars wrapped around the building for the drive thru. I was therefore forced to leave without my order. This is not the first time this has occurred."

The staff also were quite helpful in making sure my order was correct. There were small candy canes. I added it to my drink to make it even more festive!"
