"Nothing like the good fish and service you received when it was operated by original owners. Quality of fish is very poor and small portions for the price. Ordered calamari and was served burnt all black. Wait staff is not trained to provide any type of customer service. Very few customers and extra long wait for food. I would not waste my money ever eating here again."

"Stopped into Lou’s around 6:30pm on a Saturday night… not a customer in the dining area… wasn’t real sure if they where even open.. the young girl that seated us said it’s been slow there… well no wonder … fries where extremely salty and so brown .. seemed like maybe the oil was over due to be changed… fish was good …there music wasn’t anything u would want to listen too …"

"I only have 2 stars because the two young girls who waited on our group were great. If the food was half as good as they e back for next year's conference.were I would give it a higher rating.we used to go there many years ago when near there for a conference. They jab all you can eat fish and it was amazing. No so anymore.ot is no longer all you can eat and everything was overcooked it's a shame thos place was Great. won't b"

"Just left there after big basket of fish pickup order. First time since the remodel, not only was the portion of fish way smaller than usual half of that was only batter. Totally dissatisfied, if I want to throw my hard earned money away I will just get the fish sandwich from McDonald’s. Needless I won’t be returning. Shawn McGinnis"
