"A beautiful space in a historic building. Deana and her daughter give friendly and energetic service, and if you're a regular, they remember how you like your coffee! Desserts are invitingly displayed and offer a good variety of cupcakes, cookies, trifles and mini "cutie" pies. I've heard they are interested in offering more on the savory side as well, and have seen some gluten-free offerings. They also sell bread from the Fairville Baker, and the coffee they serve is from Imprint Coffee Roasting, both local businesses. A lovely place, worth a stop."

"There is something different everyday at Deana's Delights bakery in the Lyons trolley station. My absolute favorite is her Cannoli cupcake - rich mascarpone cream, a dab of chocolate ganache, on top of a slightly sweet eggy cupcake with a dash of cinnamon. The lemon squares are truly tart with a lovely crisp butter cookie crust. I could go on and on. Locally roasted Imprint coffee, and Fairville Baker authentic sourdough bread are also available. The dining area is comfortable - so nice to have a gathering spot to meet with friends."

From the savory, eggy frittatas to the inventive apple bread pudding using Fairville Baker sourdough bread, her creations are all delicious. Add to that, terrific Imprint coffee, and she has created a winning combination for breakfast, a snack for morning break, or a quick lunch. Another treat is seeing the old RS & E trolley station thoughtfully restored and repurposed. Deanna's Delights Bakery is a great addition to the dining choices in Lyons, New York."
