"Sent to collections ONE week after receiving my first invoice. I had a cleaning on Sept 28th. I received zero correspondence until January 10th when I received an invoice for $400. Shocked, I called the office that day. I was told by that my insurance denied the claim. I called my insurance company and they have no record of any claim. I call the office back and relay the info. I was then told the claim wasn’t denied, but two claims were sent with zero response. I call my insurance back. New rep. Says same thing - no claim was received for a Sept service. I call the office back. I was told I must pay the balance or be sent to collections. I explained that I had no clue I had a balance until now. Please resubmit the claim (I confirmed the payer ID and claim address) and give it a chance to be paid by my insurance. They said they would resend the claim. I thought we reached an agreement. 5 business days later I received a second invoice. I called my insurance and confirmed they got the claim. I begged to have them expedite it. I had the claim processed and emailed proof of EOB (they covered roughly 90% and I made a payment for the remaining balance) on January 17th. Within 7 days of my first invoice (they don’t contest this - my first invoice was sent over 100 days after my service date) I had proof of approved coverage and I paid the remaining balance. And they still sent me to collections. Tina, the office manager, will only say that the bill was over 90 days old and therefore I owed on the balance. What she fails to realize is that patients are not psychic. How am I supposed to know that I owe money when I was never informed until well over 100 days after the service date? Are you purposely trying to trap patients? I was sent to collections one week after my first invoice, because they have an adequate protocols. Here’s a tip, after 45 days you send a letter to the patient asking if they have changed insurance because they have not heard back from their insurance company regarding their recent claim. If you have not changed insurance, please follow up with your insurance company. Had they done that I would’ve had the claim paid in October. A real shame, because Dr Campbell was the best dentist I ever had, but I will never trust them with my insurance/financials again."
"Drs Farrelly and Campbell are fantastic and you get very good care here. The office is very clean and staff is friendly. The in-office technology is top notch and you never leave the office without a very clean understanding of your dental health. Unfortunately, it's incredibly difficult to schedule appointments. Early morning appointments book up months in advance and there are no weekend or evenings. Filling replacement? a 3 month wait; reschedule a cleaning?, nearly 5 months. I actually hated having to look for a new dentist because I was comfortable with them and the whole staff, but I really felt I needed an office that could better accommodate my schedule. They do put you on cancelation list but that very hit or miss. They do try but I think it's hard for them to get ahead of urgent requests with the patient deck they have."

I am very appreciative of all of the hard work each and every employee puts in daily and I have never had a bad experience here. 5+ stars, good job guys keep up the great work!"
