"Kept receiving burnt bagels and hashbrowns at this location everytime. Now it's the snacking bacon is burnt and little pieces and many people agree with me on the food there. I'm not wasting my time or money there anymore not everyone has time to turn around and wait for a new one when it should be done right the first time."

"This location really needs to step up their game! I come almost everyday and have the same order every time I go and they still manage to mess it up. Hot foods come out before cold drinks, my coffee order tastes different every single time even though I order the same drink, and I've had to wait up to 25 minutes for ONE drink before and they weren't even super busy at the time. This location needs to do better at getting orders correct, work on professional and customer service. Half the time I just throw away my coffee from here because it's so bad! DO BETTER!!"

"Easy in/out, roadside location. Perfect when you need a coffee pick-me-up when traveling Rte 12 betw Utica and the 1000 Islands region. Staff polite & professional. Only ordered a coffee bc I grabbed lunch over at BK across the street; had about 4+ more hours of driving ahead of me, so I wanted the coffee on hand for the last leg of the trip. Will definitely revisit this location on future trips."
