"I’ll bump my rating up one star since the page owner is at least responsive (thank you). The employees are rude, borderline just mean. My last visit, I went in asking for a certain product, and not only did the cashier cut me off mid sentence with a harsh “No,” but the employees behind him laughed at me for asking. Nothing against Staples corporate, but I avoid this location."

"Bought a $260 printer less than 19 days ago. The printer was defective and stopped working. Brought it back with my receipt. Not only did they NOT return it, they also refused to exchange it, they didn't even give me store credit! So now I'm out of $260. Why? Because they don't stand by the products they sell. They have a 14 day return policy (not 30 like most places. Thanks for taking my money Staples and offering zero solutions to solidify your awful customer care. I understand that your employees are just doing their job (like an Auschwitz guard, basically)... wait that's not fair or funny to compare staples return policy with the holocaust, that was out of line, sorry.... but $260 is a lot of money. It's not a fair comparison... because well, let's face it, not even hitler would sell you a broken printer and steal $260 from you. I've seen a bunch of ww2 documentaries about hitler on the history channel, and he committed every evil crime you could possibly commit, except stealing $260.. So congratulations to Staples for finishing the work of hitler. So all in all, Staples has a better chance of seeing Jesus blow Buddha before they see another dollar of mine."

"This location is terrible. The workers are rude and have zero interest in providing any customer service. They are so disorganized and when you show even one iota of rightful frustration due to their ineptitude, they then are sarcastic and rude. If you have other options, I would say use them vs this place."

"Worst staples experience I’ve ever had. Not only did I try to call and ask for assistance with a print order days before I even needed it, and was then directed to online (after I told them, what I’m trying to do isn’t working) but decided to go in and ask for help. They did not care at all. Told me that online orders were more important (as I’m standing there) and turned away a paying customer. I will never again waste any of my money on any staples product ever again. I work in marketing and have several clients needing monthly print jobs as well. This is my last straw and I’m so disgusted by how I was treated. I’ve had this type of print job done several times in Raleigh, NC and it’s never been a problem and the staff goes out of their way to help. Wildly different experience at this location. How sad. Customer service and printing education is very much needed."

"If your black, I would steer clear of this location. Your going to get looked at like you have three heads, the staff will not want to help you. I asked to borrow something one employee said “no”, the other one looked so upset to help me. I been sitting in the print center for hours while “christian“ has looked at me not wanting to help me. Dark haired man at the front didn’t even look up when i walked out. Just avoid this location"
