"3:20 on 3/15/23 What a rude older lady that rung me up! I bought a Pyrex set (pictured) and she refused to bag or even double bag it, even when I told her I had to walk up stairs and when I’m clearly pregnant. Yes I know it’s a box but i used to work retail and I’d double bag boxes all the time for customers who asked. Things that were way heavier than that. I loved coming here as a kid when it was the other location but that rude old lady doesn’t need to work customer service when I was super nice about the whole thing. Her claim was that the “Bags wouldn’t hold.” When the pots and pans I bought that she put in a bag held up just fine. The Pyrex was literally lighter than the pots and pans but she refused to bag the Pyrex for me. Ridiculous."

"They were exactly what you thought they would be. A thrift store. People donate their unused items and they put it up for sale to help churches and other people or I'm not sure what who they help. But I know that they are basically a Christian organization. And so I like to stop there. They have some really excellent deals on items everything from books to furniture and clothing and shoes. They had few electronic items not much but I'm sure that subject to change from time to time. The people were extremely friendly they even allowed me to bring my Datsun into the store. Although I did keep him in the buggy that I pushed around. If you don't mind buying used or almost new I do recommend tender hearts. I will be back yet once again."

"This is the best Thrift Store in York County. Great prices and nice people. I find something every time I visit!"

"I really used to love this store and the one in Clover. I don't know if they changed management but now the prices are becoming outrageous for donated goods. I rarely even stop anymore when I was in twice a week before. So, whoever has grown a brain here needs to pull it back a bit. We come to the thrift store for the cheap prices not consignment store prices. Think about it, the more reasonable prices, the more sales. Higher prices, sales go down and all the price increases in the world won't help your bottom line. I also stopped going to Goodwill because of the price increases. I love to support a good cause but it's getting ridiculous."
