"I switched to Gordon Family Pharmacy about a year ago after always using Walgreens and CVS before and I am so glad. Gordon’s is so much better there is no comparison. At CVS and Walgreens almost invariably the lines were long, the pharmacy so understaffed, and I could almost never get a pharmacy representative on the phone if I needed to ask a question. Gordon’s is exactly the opposite— outstanding customer service, every single time. I saw another review saying they couldn’t keep some medicines in stock— I’ve never had that experience personally but often that is not the pharmacy, it’s a supplier issue and many or all other pharmacies are also affected. I think we are lucky in Brevard to still have small family-owned businesses who know the community, instead of just huge, distant corporations with little incentive to deliver quality."

"I took my friend witch is a elderly lady to get her medication she is half blind and uses a Walker. The lady at the associate Olivia was very rude and disrespectful to my friend telling her she needed to learn how to read knowing that she’s half blind, Olivia slams the medication down on the counter and says we haven’t got all day more customers to serve she tells the lady. Bless this poor elderly lady that was a little slow getting her money out. Olivia should be ashamed of herself and needs to be FIRED!!!!! I don’t recommend this place."

"Got my COVID booster here today! I'd phoned a couple of weeks ago and made an appointment, so I was in and out in no time. I had been going to a chain pharmacy for prescriptions and vaccinations and the wait time was always awful. I though I'd try something different and I'm glad I did! Very friendly and helpful staff and I got a flu shot at the same time. Every single person in the shop was wearing a mask - staff and shoppers - this place is clearly putting health and safety first. No more chain pharmacies for me."

"The little building contains a really big operation. There are at least seven pharmacists on duty and they stay busy. The staff is very friendly. The prices are good, but not always. Check around. The parking lot is small and can be packed late in the afternoon."
