"The most incompetent people on the face of the earth! They managed to not tag properly 4 tires and 3 were never found! After I filed a claim with Fedex I was denied due to them being the shipper- saying I needed a waver from them to receive the claim money. So Lenett said she would file the claim , I told her to include the value of the tires- she did not. She only did a claim on 3 of the tires shipping cost only! after over a month I get a call from Lenett and she says my money came in. Joke -!She hands me a envelope with $270 cash in it and tells me thats all im getting back! I am taking this to Small claims court today. Do not do any business with these 2 brain dead old women! I seriously doubt they can tie there shoes! I am out $1400.00 because they used some ZIP TIE to attach the label instead of tape ! plus they shorted me $75 on shipping! And said that all I am getting back! I guess they have never been to court?"
