"Always helpful and always friendly. I have never had anything but good experiences with this pharmacy. Excellent service."
"They have improved to having respect it seems for people that have controlled substances filled no problems like last year glad I went back to kroger they do have a good attitude and that makes me happy! Good job kroger you guys earned this 5 star"
"Ride, lazy staff. Worst customer service ever and actually tried to get me to use another pharmacy without even speaking with me or asking what was needed. Great job corporate America. It’s obvious customers mean NOTHING anymore."
"COUNT YOUR PILLS! If you are a patient/customer of this pharmacy, count your pills every time you go. I 100% was shorted a pill this month. I take an ADHD medication and had a prescription for 31 pills because I kept coming up short before my doctor changed the number. It was smooth sailing for a bit but now I’m missing a pill for tomorrow and had to call my doctor for an emergency push to refill today. I have proof these people aren’t giving accurate amounts of medication and I will absolutely be reporting them. If this has happened to you, please google who to report pharmacy errors to and report them. Not giving an accurate number of pills, especially a controlled substance, is 100% illegal."
"I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a little over a year now and I love it. Sometimes the waits (lines) are long but that’s not their fault. Any time I’ve had an issue with my prescription, they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve the issue so that I can get my medicine. This is one of the few pharmacies I’ve been to that actually seems to care about the well-being of their customers. They are kind and responsive."
