"Prime Storage is located close to where I eventually needed to move my things. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The unit was safe and secure. I leased a climate controlled unit during the summer. During the first month the temperature remained relatively cool. For the remaining 3 months the digital thermometer I placed the unit was often 80-85 degrees or higher - many times higher than the outside temperature."

"Just moved stuff in 2 days ago. Pros: the grounds and facility are very well kept and clean. Area feels very secure. Access was pretty easy. Cons: There was no way to keep the main building door open while we carried stuff in and out to our unit. That was frustrating. I specifically chose this facility from online searching because the location was perfect AND it was climate controlled. I guess my definition of climate controlled (A/C &/or Heated) is not their definition. It was down right hot in the building and only 70 outside. Just having the building insulated is NOT climate controlled. We did not have the time to change facilities so we still moved our stuff in. Hoping to be out in 4 months (over the winter). If not, then I definitely will not leave my stuff there in the heat of the summer."

"We are very happy with our experience. Devon showed us the different units to find the best option for us. He explained the process thoroughly. When we arrived with our moving truck after hours, Sherry brought cold bottles waters for our family. Which was very nice. Overall it is a great experience and we would highly recommend."
