"The dryers have been set to where you only get 7 minutes of dryer but the catch is you only get 3 minutes of heat and 4 minutes of ice cold air. So the clothes are staying soaked. To dry 5 towels and 7 washcloths it costs 2.50 and they were still wet. Won't use the dryers anymore!!!!"

"We were only running behind maybe 5 minutes We walked in too find a lady in her late 60s taking our laundry out of washer putting it in metal cart I said to her please do not touch our laundry her response was well it was done and I do it all the time as I need the machines and I'm not waiting then the man worker was there's told him and he knows she does it all the time so instead if him sitting in the little office he should be out there he is calling Corp finally as no one should be taking anyone's laundry out"
