"I would give a zero if I could. The person answering the phone called me a neglectful parent because I didn’t know my child’s prescription was not called in even though she has it every single month and we had her appointment with the doctor. Of course the pharmacist thought it would be better for my child to not have her monthly medicine than give her a pill for one day. This pharmacy is the worst and the male that answered should be fired for talking to a customer the way he did to me. But who do you call about it? No one at that Walmart cares about anything. You can tell by looking at the store."
"Marianna Affinito I saw her look at me and say the prescription I was getting refilled then starts laughing. Highly unprofessional and people are dealing with their own issues about taking medicine to begin with and then having a licensed professional laughing at you"
"For the past three months, I've had nothing but trouble filling prescriptions. My insurance all the sudden doesn't pay for a med it always has, and no matter how many times my doctor speaks with them they keep giving me a version of my medication that makes me ill. I switched 5 months ago and I was very hopeful but I truly can't believe it's such a headache. They lie to you about the time things will be ready, they say 2 but if you get there at 2 they tell you it will be 3, and then you then they hustle to get it filled while you sit and watch. There's no excuse for the last experience. I spoke with the rudest woman who only asked my name then snarkily said "we're working on it" I offered to call the doctor, I mentioned my allergy. She did not care. I would have checked my prescription after leaving but my husband is sweet enough to get them for me. Also, everytime my meds have been messed up they've asked for them back, even though my doctor to me the only place I should dispose of meds is the fire dept as they have a safe drop off or the doctor's office. You don't give back to the pharmacy bc they can reuse those meds, even though they were already paid for it once. It's so sad to me that it's become glaring obvious how much of the medical industry is just money. Sad as h*ll. I'll be trying CVS from now on."
"Guess I have to chime in here in defense of the staff. Are there times when they're stressed and not overly cheerful, yes. When you offer prescriptions at a more than reasonable prices, let the flood gates open! Would like to see the attitude of the complainers when they are stressed and overloaded at work. I have seldomly experienced a problem or delay at this pharmacy and I have had them filling prescriptions since they opened years ago. You just can't please some people no matter what you do and you can never be in a sour mood in their opinion. He/she who lives in a glass house should not throw rocks! Overall this pharmacy does a really good job!"
"I use this pharmacy because it's close to home and less expensive than CVS. That being said, the service is awful. The blonde pharmacist has a terrible attitude and doesn't seem to know she is in a customer service field. The assistants always start out happy to help when they are new in the department but by the end of the first month, they're attitudes are as nasty as hers is. It doesn't matter when you call your refill in -an hour, a day, 2 days in advance- they won't fill it until you are standing at the counter and then they'll tell you it'll be 15-20 minutes. If they forgot to run the insurance which has happened a time or two, tack on another 15-20. The only reason I gave it two stars is that although their people skills are as low as could possibly be, they have never given us the wrong medication."
