"This is exactly why you support local business. I was with CVS in Oak Ridge and have had nothing but issues. Never could get anyone to answer a phone..tried for two days straight sitting on hold for 20-30 minutes before i just hung up. Talked to friends and they said to try Crossroads. The experience has been absolutely perfect. I am not one to give a review or give 100% on service, I am as honest as they get.
