Nor did they contact my lending bank to let them know my insurance had lapsed. My bank would have been able to insure me under there own (expensive, yet necessary) policy. None of this was made apparent to me until I was in an accident. They have made no efforts to help rectify this situation. Jerry, you are a miserable agent who has made my life excessively complicated."
