"Placed mobile order for big mac, cheese burger and med fry, pulled up to the window she asked if I had the mobile order (didn't ask the name) I said yes. She handed me the bag and I drove away! My daughter looked in the bag and goes "you ordered 2 fries and 2 pies??" No! Had to park and go in... lady asked me where I parked if I parked where they told me? Let her know I was not told to park I was given the bag at the window and drove away! They apologized and got me the "right" food however they didn't fully follow instructions when I asked "no onion" lol. Otherwise it was okay! Typical fast food"

"Editing to include: to this day I have never in my life had such a bad experience as I had here and by the time I had to go BEG FOR MY FOOD I was about to start crying. We got here at 5:15, we ordered at 5:21 and we waited approximately 40 minutes for our food. Just a cheeseburger, fries, drink, smoothie, another drink, nothing hard at ALL. At 6:05 after being brushed off repeatedly, we finally got our food and they also tried to say that they had already given us an item. Don’t eat here. Don’t waste your time. They also couldn’t be bothered to restock the drink lids for medium drinks, and, there were several People standing around doing nothing, walking around, not doing anything at all. When we got there. There was a man with his doordash order who sat outside for a good 30 minutes waiting for his food. Pic included."

"What is wrong with all the fastfood in Hartsville ? In last few orders in Wendy’s, Taco Bell , Zaxby and McDonald today always something wrong. Food is undercooked, smashed, or missing something. We ordered today two quarter pounds with tomatoes and lettuce and we just get with pickles and onions. Disgusting. Looks like we have to drive to Darlington or Florence for better food because Hartsville have now employees who don’t care the costumers,food and work. Lazy people."

"Went through the drive thru the other day around 1130am. Ordered 2 mcchickens, large fry and a sweet tea. Asked for no lettuce on the sandwiches and to add pickles. When I got home and went to eat my food, I clearly saw they didn't give what I asked for. I wanted no lettuce, instead it was like they put 3 times the amount you would normally get. The only pickle I got was underneath one of the sandwiches. The fries were cold and unsalted. The only good thing was the tea. I think it's a shame that the workers can't get the orders right. At least they made sure to put that ticket on the outside of the wrapper that said no lettuce, add pickle."

"Just pulled in for something quick and not too filling because it was late afternoon and I still had dinner with my family in a few hours so I got the fish sandwich which is less filling than say a Big Mac ( which I love). The fish sandwich was perfectly cooked, a bit of a crunchy bite with soft white fish in the middle and can I say if you love tarter sauce like I do McDonald's has the best! It's tangy and creamy and I love the pickles they whip into the sauce. The bun was warmily steamed and not soggy and a little buttery, just perfect. The sandwich was hot and tasted freshly made. Hit the spot and just what I needed."
