"There is no heat in the building. The two young girls were shivering. It's 31 degrees outside and 45 inside, it's winter, not acceptable for them."

"The only toppings I get on my sub are lettuce and pickles. Lettuce - which I’ll add - is the cheapest topping they offer and most sub places are heavy handed with it because it is cheap and fills the sub up. Not this place. I asked for EXTRA lettuce and this was what I got. The manager says “everyone’s opinion of what extra is is different”. I can confidently say that no one would think that this is extra lettuce. Edited to add: I just saw another recent review also mentioning the lack of lettuce. Glad to know it’s not only me."

"June 4th 2023 5pm. There's a heavy set, short, female working in this location who is extremely rude. I've never seen anything like this. Avoid this location (near old JCP) "we are out of lettuce so if that's a problem leave, I don't want to get done and have anyone refuse to pay". When I saw her working I almost walked out, now I wish I would have. Go to Oswego Subshop. Cost more but they appreciate customers. How these people aren't fired is beyond me. Bad employees reflect bad management."

"Ordered a Chicken bacon ranch melt from this subway in the manner that I do at any other subway. Staff there told me that what I was ordering and the order was incorrect, and that they couldn't toast the sub and re open it to add dressing and vegetables. Basically what I described was wrong. So they toasted it all at once closed up in a paper bag none the less. Sub was very disappointing and will not be returning to this location as staff do not seem to know what they are doing. Sub did not look at all appetizing, eating warm lettuce is never fun."

"I’m extremely happy with the Subway location and its staff. I was apart of a group of nearly 30 and they happily accommodated us with excellent, speedy, & friendly service. Sufficient seating space for us. Clean establishment. 5 Star review."
