"Every time I go to this McDonald’s they never get the order right. Just went there today. Ordered a Dr Pepper and a Diet Coke, got two diet Cokes. The other day I went and ordered a fish sandwich and a big Mac got a McChicken and a Mc double. People just don’t care anymore."

"I've wasted enough time on this place to waste more on this review, but I don't want anyone wasting their hard earned money anymore on this place, so I'll give one. This is the worst McDonalds (Oswego East and West side) I've ever visited in my life. The service is non-caring and slow (and I do mean slow. Sometimes up to 40 minute wait times even when hardly anyone is there! The number listed online is incorrect, their food is almost never any good (check out these old nuggets that look about 5 years old). They didn't even have soda at all last time I went. They also almost always mess at least one thing up. The last time I went inside with my family, we waited 42 minutes and the people in the kitchen were all just laughing and joking around. The last time I had an issue I spoke with the district manager and I can tell you first hand, she is the issue. Her name is Kathy and she truly makes nothing but excuses for why these restaurants are this way and when I showed her the nuggets this last time she admitted "yep they're just old" almost like she's used to this being a thing. Ok, enough time wasted. Don't go here. Pick a place that cares and where your hard earned money won't be tossed down the drain and your time is cared about."

"My husband brought food home from the drive thru this morning. Only one lane open so it took forever to get the food and of course when he got home it was made incorrectly. The egg McMuffins did not have the Canadian bacon on them. Tried to call the east side location but the number is disconnected?! He went there to complain and the restaurant is dirty."

"I can honestly say, I'm completely disappointed in the service at the Oswego McDonald's. Not only did we have to wait 40 minutes, our food was cold and over cooked, how the heck can you over cook and still give someone cold food!?!? Not sure what the managment is doing, but I can say it sure is not their job!! Y'all should be a shamed of that place. I do know, We'll never go there again. I truthfully believe that location should just be shut down!"

"Hit or miss. Cannot handle a rush so if you want food at a "normal" meal time, don't go here. Food somehow will all of sudden take 15-20 minutes and you will stand there waiting or be asked to pull over. Down times this location is great, friendly staff, speedy. In conclusion: if you see a line, keep driving. There is a play place!"
