"Spent half an hour waiting for a prescription in the drive thru. Another customer went into the other lane and got theirs in less than five minutes while we continued to wait. Three separate employees worked on pre order, but it still took forever. And because they took so long getting around to it, I was late for work. Thanks Wal-Mart. Yet another low quality experience in a long illustrious line of incompetence."
