"Corvias is going to treat you very bad. They will Nickel and dime you for everything. During my move out the inspector Vanessa Hargrave was very rude. She cut me off whenever I asked a question about charges. She was going to charge me for “bulk trash on the curb” because of a small portable grill. I put it in my truck bed annd she said “ well that’s only 25 off”. When I told her that my neighbor hood has smelled like gas she said that’s another company and not their responsibility. So they are knowingly going to move you into neighborhoods with natural gas leaks. Besides that the units have gas leaks (I had to call the fire department) roaches, broken sinks and the repairs don’t last long. W will never use them again. Not worth your BAH."

"Asked multiple times for them to check house for mold, even had a dr give us a note because my kids have constantly been sick since moving into the house. They "inspected" just looked inside the vents even though they were instructed to look in all the duct work and attic. Do not recommend especially if you have small children."

"Limited on supplies to sign out. It costs money to wash laundry if you need too. Could be much better Would be nice to see them do something not only for the kids but adults too"

"Trying to be fair. But I moved out April 5th and I still have not received back pay from moving out. We moved out because the flooring was bad, the wiring was old and not the safest, a lot of circuits would go out. We constantly got sick because no one cleaned the air ducts and even when they said they would they never came. The fire and sugar ants are really bad, they woyodbt do the whole yard so I started buying stuff and spraying myself. I called numerous times about the stove vent not working almost at all and they said that, "it's just like that, we wont replace it." Just really frustrated."
