Finally was told that they were not able to fix this because they didn’t have experience with that particular model. Seems like something they could have told me a lot sooner"

"I'd rate this store and company 0 stars. My husband passed away and the pool robot broke within a few days. I took it to leslies who told me to buy a new motor online with thier store, they provided the exact serial I needed to buy. It was shipped to the store and it was not until 11 days later when I called that they told me it's the wrong motor. They should have told me this the day they received it, instead I had to call many times and ask for a call back which never came. The associate who calls himself GM or repair tech never let's the customer speak, speaks over them and then gets angry when they continue to ask legitimate questions. There is always some delay on the phone? The associate (I'd consider his attitude and customer service to be at an uneducated level) then proceeded to tell me to pick up the cleaner that was bought from them for over 1800$ and that they were not going to fix thier mistake or the machine. Wasted over 3 weeks only to be told to find someone else when they know they are the only place who repair the robot. DO NOT BUY POLARIS POOL ROBOT. Extremely rude, not customer focused. The GM should not be dealing with customers ever.. to corporate, I suggest training your staff on the importance of customer service if you wish to retain buisness and grow."

"Our pool was very green after being gone for 6 days. Went to Leslie's to seek advice. Met by two great guys, Terrell and Frank. They both were very friendly and offered wonderful service. Water sample was tested and left there feeling that both represented the business very well."
