"Went in at about 5 o clock on February 4 the cashier was rude when I first went to the register she didn't acknowledge me just like I wasn't standing there she then started putting products back and I guess when she see I wasnt leaving she said very very ugly I'm off the clock you have to wait for the other cashier so I just stood there and nobody never came nor did she get anybody I just put back the earrings and left I know it's hard to find ppls to work but wow ppls you got to do better."

"Overall had a pretty good experience, other than my 3 complaints. First being when I called I was informed that they wouldn't do my daughter's ears at the same time because she is a baby and not 2 and over. Second being that I wasn't informed till after the fact that I had to pay for the advanced cleaning solution vs the regular cleaning solution because they didn't have any. I felt like that was not my fault and having to pay an extra $12 roughly seemed a little crazy to me. I feel like I should have been given it for the price of what I actually wanted. If I was informed this in advance I honestly would have taken her to another store. My third complaint being that they had signs advertising buy 3, get 3 free earrings. Well that was not the case when I checked out and I later check my receipt. I would have not bought 6 otherwise."

"One person working there. The cashier/worker was focused more on one customer than to notice anything else. I wanted to buy a few things but since she didn't even see me standing at the register for at least 5 mins I brought my stuff back to where I found them and left the store."

"My girls love this store, and everything is super cute. You can usually catch a sale...but they never have enough people working to help you. Every time I have ever been in I have to wait what seems like forever. I wish they had more employees scheduled because Claire's would get 5 stars if they fixed your wait time."

"Very nice store. However the cashier customer service sucked. She didn't greet me. She didn't really seem interested in any questions I asked about finding stuff. She mentioned the buy 3 get 3 free deal however she was just very nonchalant. I wanted to walk out the store but I just decided that her attitude wasn't going to dictate the buy. Nice store just need a new cashier."
