"Unfortunately I had a negative experience. I called to get information about an estimate for window treatment installation in our new home. The man I spoke to told me it was $100 and if I went with them that was applied to the total. Since I was just gathering information (this was the first place I called) I told him I'd think on it. He laughed at me for several seconds and hung up the phone! I still had some questions so I called back and there was not answer. I waited a few minutes and called again-no answer. I tried later that day and my number was blocked. If this is any indication on how they treat customers/potential customers I would consider taking your business elsewhere. It's disappointing because I am new to the area/state and I like to support local business."
