"Well, we make an appointment for 1215. We received a message at around 1130 on the day of our appointment reminding us we had our appointment at 1215. We show up at 1200 and check in. Even was acknowledge that our name was in system. Guess what! It's not in thier computer. They say can we wait 20 minutes or so. Fine with me, I need to get this done. It is now 1310 and still waiting. This place does not know how to treat thier customers. I strongly recommend going anywhere else at this point."
