"I gave two stars because of my first experience at light years, otherwise it would be zero stars. The first time I went in a few weeks ago, the young lady helped me Sidney I think? Was sooooo sweet. I return to places for merchandise and customer service. But after I came back,my experience wasn't as positive with a DIFFERENT staff member. I felt dismissed. It was like I wasi invisible. I walked out without purchasing anything. I don't care what the merchandise is, I won't return. Treat people better please."

"100% love this shop for jewelry! They have so many beautiful jewelry options for you to choose from and more and everything is so reasonably priced! They have silver, gold, bronze earrings and more! So many different shapes and sizes from cuffs to studs. I love the wide variety of jewelry they have to offer and the staff here are always so friendly! I constantly look forward to going back and seeing seeing goodies they have in stock!"

"I have been shopping there for years and when I moved two states away, this is still the ONLY store I buy my rings from. I buy a ring every time I go through something major in my life as a sign of strength and solidarity and over time, I have rings that I can't even remember the context for but EVERY SINGLE ONE comes from here. If you go in person, they will pull out all the rings in that size and they are honestly worthwhile just to look at. Definitely know what you might want because their choices can be somewhat overwhelming (in a good way). The fossil ones are super cool (I have two and want another). Staff is great, but usually I'm staring at rings and not them so I could be biased. Would totally open a chain of my own where I live now one day!"

I have a gold-filled ring from them that hasn't turned from over a year of nonstop wear. Only took off one star because the service is consistently unfriendly- the nicest employees are the ones in Chapel Hill. However, if you need great quality jewelry for yourself or loved ones, I'd highly recommend this store."
