"As a real estate broker, I work with many different attorneys on real estate transactions. This was by far the most incompetent attorney I have ever worked with. This should have been a simple and smooth transaction, but it was full of unnecessary mistakes. It started when Jennifer couldn’t get my email address correct- The first time I have ever had that problem with anyone. I was then given the wrong closing date on 3 separate occasions. Later, I was sent an incorrect seller closing disclosure 3 times in a row on the same day, despite sending her the corrections EACH time. Jennifer blamed the mistakes on not drinking her coffee, then not drinking her Diet Coke. I blame the easy- to-fix mistake on complete incompetence. When it came time for the closing, I called Jennifer to aske her for the closing documents to be emailed and the check to stay at her office so I could pick up. I drove an hour to her office for her to tell me she mailed it out anyway. Truly, I cannot imagine how she can get through the day let alone a real estate transaction."
"My experience with this attorney was disappointing to say the least. Like any other sloppy residents in NC, she wasn't different. Have been trying to get a invoice for services rendered for almost a year and the entire office is in sleepy mode, if there was a negative rating, I would give that to this attorney, stay away from her like plague."
