"I cannot say enough amazing things about Denise and the team at One Stop Pool Shop. We “inherited” an above ground pool when the house was purchased. The first couple of years we weren’t good about going and getting our water tested, and had some lucky times, but eventually that bit us. The ladies there helped us get it back in shape and their recommendations and products worked beautifully. The last season we faithfully went once a week to get our water tested and they actually saved us money from what we were doing before, helping us maintain amazing water. When the above ground pool we had was shot, we purchased our new one through them and used their recommended installer, Matt. This was an absolutely amazing experience - they were straightforward with pricing (and a better price for the quality of pool and liner than anywhere else by far) and their recommended installer did an amazing job and was very fair on pricing. While one can spend hours online with DIY junk, just spend 10 minutes a week with the team here plus a little bit of time adding what you need to add to your pool and just enjoy. You’ll be grateful you did. They know their stuff from real life experience and years in the business. It’s a plus - the water testing is $20 a year, and the products they carry are good quality - they truly will save you time and money over DIY. P.S. As to the reviews that mention the bedside manner - these are not folks that are going to kiss your tail - they are professionals who know their stuff and aren’t going to put up with nonsense. We visit enough to have witnessed some of the customer garbage, and they handle it very well in a direct manner, much better than I would."
