"Great communication. Been using Pool Pros for 2 years and week-in-and-week out they do an excellent job managing our pool. They attend to our equipment and are very helpful whenever we have a problem. Most recently, we had a substantial mud slide into our pool and Craig and team had the entire mess cleaned up (over a weekend) within 48 hours. They do excellent work and Craig is very responsive."

"We came home from a trip and found that our pump was not working. I sent an email that Saturday describing the issue and got a response from Craig immediately. Craig came out on Monday and diagnosed the issue as a bad timer switch. Craig gave us a quote on the repair and scheduled it for Friday, but was able to get us backup and running on Tuesday. I couldn't be happier with the service we received."
"This company has been pretty unprofessional regards to communication. We have an emailed invoice after every service that is done weekly. However they never bothered to mention that their was an issue with the pump not working. So our water water ran low for over a week and a half which obviously blew out the filter. We were never advised that there was any issues until there was a service light pop up and the waterfall stopped working. When I called to reach out to the manager he said that the technician was there on a Thursday and called the owner that same day so that he could advise us of the issue ASAP. We never received a call and nothing was mentioned on the invoice. No notes or anything. I was also home when the technician came to service and clean which he could of communicated the issue to me that day. After speaking to Craig on Monday (four days of the filter being Brocken) he said he was on vacation and was notified about it on that Thursday. He planned to call us on Monday but we had to call Him. Long story short no communication and this could of been avoided. Also told us to switch our salt water pool to basic chlorine due to a pump Being Brocken four months earlier. Just unprofessional."
