"Absolutely pitiful customer service. My daughter purchased a necklace online for store-pick up. She was going out of town so went to the store when they opened to pick it up and explained that while she knew the order hadn't been fulfilled yet, she had the receipt for the necklace and politely asked if they could process the order (the necklace she ordered was in stock and right there). The associate rudely explained that it 'didn't work that way' and she would have to wait until she got the email once they were able to process the orders. They didn't offer for her to wait or give any options that would help her to get the necklace SHE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR and was IN STOCK- the associate was holding the necklace in her hands!! She came home and less than 10 minutes later got the email that is was ready. I then called to try to understand what had happened and received the same rude, unaccommodating, excuse-giving attitude. Which at that point, I gave right back. The Kendra Scott home office definitely needs to send a customer-service training team to this store STAT."

"My only but a major complaint is about their return policy. There is no return, means no change of heart/mind about their product. There is EXCHANGE. I feel that it should be communicated at the check out LOUD and CLEAR. I have retuned more expensive item and bought less expensive one and the balance was not returned back to an original method of payment but store credit was issued. Now I have $100 to spend at the business I don’t want to support."

"Did a party there and the lady that was helping us ( Lauren ) was amazing. When my group couldn’t chose what they wanted she was amazing helping us pick things out. I was looking for a watch band and didn’t really like them until she picked it up and put one on that she liked. It was beautiful so of course I had to have it. We all got items that she showed us that we would never had chose ourselves. She really knows how to put things together."

I got complimentary Rose and macaroons on a weekend which was greatly appreciated! It was my first time purchasing at Kendra Scott."
