"I have been a customer of PSC for about 10 years. They come each month to check whether my pool needs chemicals and leave me a message explaining what I need to add. (I do not have their cleaning service, but they said I could easily add a single cleaning when I was temporarily disabled). They also maintain my pump, solve problems, and answer my questions. They have the best customer service! Landon, who visits my pool every month, is very friendly and professional. Marcie, in the office, always remembers me and helps me. The technical staff, I am sorry I don't remember everyone's name....Kevin, Cory, Steven....do an awesome job. The owner is friendly and responsive. The cost of maintenance is very fair. I have NEVER had a negative experience with this company!"
"Owner of company has no knowledge of his business, when I questioned my chemistry he dropped me as their client, used this company for several years and questioned about the knowledge of their staff on chemistry due to my pool having several issues that arose with the new maintenance person assigned to my pool.. very negative experience would not recommend"
