"Hired Jeff to do a pool inspection on a home I was purchasing. He gave a list of repairs needed that totaled $3,000.00. The seller had another pool company address the concerns and it did not need any more than $150 worth of work. Embarrassing!. In the inspection he made no mention that the pool heater did not work or the valve that controls the pop ups was not functioning. I have now spent $1,500.00 to get the pool right. Not sure why I spent $300.00 having him do an inspection."
