"This has been the worst closing experience ever! First, we were supposed to close this past Monday 5/1/17, but they messed up and didn't send the buyer the disclosures. As the seller, My payoffs expired 5/2/17 and they had to re-order them. Fast forward to yesterday, 5/4/17 they call my agent and say we are closing but they don't have the payoff amount from my bank because they ordered it Monday 5/1/17 and hadn't received it. How are we closing without a payoff amount, And don't I need the settlement doc 3 days prior! So she asked if I can call to expedite it. What! The bank said expedited requests take 24-48 hours. Of course we didn't get anything. Anyway today, 5/5/17,she calls and says she has the payoff and come sign and I get there to be told they will have my check on Monday! I could have just come Monday and picked up my check and signed! Let alone, we sat there for 20 damn minutes in a conference room after our appointment before anyone ever came to even start the process! So damn unprofessional! Worst business experience ever!"
