"if i could give a negative star- i would. i came here with my friend and got matching PERMANENT bracelets and was not given a physical receipt. mind you, the person doing my service was struggling to even perform our service. after less than 48hours my bracelet broke off and went down the shower drain. i’ve been given the same answer by the store as well as customer service that i cannot receive anything in return other than %10 off my next purchase. while i have video footage of the service being done as well as a bank statement."

"Some of the worst customer service I experienced the white manager must be angry all the time because she gave my wife a hard time about some cheap earrings like we wanted to steal them. Very unpleasant experience, that's why we went to Carolina Place Mall to get earrings for my daughter who was with us to see this lady act so unprofessional."
"We booked a 12:00 appointment and was told that they didn’t start appointments for permanent bracelets until 1:30 and had to wait for the manager. So we walked around and came back. The manager came late. And no one informed me of what was needed to be able to continue the process. The only reason I would give it one star is because of the employee that was in the store who able to answer every question that I had and had great customer service."
